Hill & Valley Area Community Enterprise is a charitable association which supports research and new initiatives to enhance the lives of those who live in the area served by Hill and Valley Magazine. We aim to gather together information about charities and services which are available to support residents and make it more readily available to them. We seek to work in partnership with parish councils, community associations and welfare organisations in the area, not to duplicate their work.It covers the parishes of Hurstbourne Priors, Longparish, St Mary Bourne and Woodcott, east of Andover, north Hampshire, England. The villages and hamlets are in a rural area defined by the river valleys of the Bourne and Test and edging on to the hills of the north Hampshire Downs.
